Kasia's diet will of course be a low energy diet, but it doesn't only restricts the calories. It has to take into account health issues ( hormonal problems), and because of them it could'n be too strict.

However, for the first two weeks I suggested a cleaning diet. It was based on fruit and vegetables but without liquid days or hunger days. Because of Kasia's busy lifestyle and commuting, I planned dinners for her which could be easily prepared and heated at work. Kasia motivated herself to increase her physical activity and started to move more. I prepared modified snacks before and after the training on more active days to help her efficiency during exercises and to strenghten her muscles. Kasia has often experimented with weight loss diets before, which were not always rational, so her metabolism is a bit disregulated. Because of this, during the diet Kasia had one crisis, which left her body mass stuck at one point dispite following the diet's guidelines. Fortunately we managed to "unblock" her with a modification of the diet. I supplemented her nutritional program with a Vitalas preparation of vitamins and minerals to prevent potential deficiencies which can't be avoided during low energy diets. Additionally I suggested Vitalform which is a neutraliser of calories coming from carbs (mainly starches), because Kasia loves pasta, which I included in her diet of course.

S: Why did you decide to lose weight?

K: There are many reasons: to look good in shirts and hipsters, not to have problems with the purchase of high boots, to feel better with myself and to avoid heart attack in the future.

S: Whose idea was it that you take part in a SetPoint promotional action?

K: My colleague's from work.

S: What are your feelings after contact and the first visit at SetPoint?

K: Only positive: very pleasant atmosphere, professional, incredibly patient and nice service and a very good contact with my dietitian.

S: What do you think can be the biggest problem during your diet?

K: It might be difficult to stick to the fixed times of the meals and cut down on sweets and bread.

S: What reward are you going to give yourself if you manage to achieve your set target?

K: I will go on holiday somewhere where I can wear a skimpy bikini at all times. And I will make a wish, that every woman wishes, come true - I will exchange everything in my wardrobe!

S: So what are your feelings after 10 weeks of the diet?

K: At last it started to get better. The beginning of the diet was especially motivating. then the weight loss stabilised but luckily it was a move in the right direction.

S: Did your fears about problems during the diet come true?

K: Some of them. Especially those connected with so called social life. It was very difficult to watch myself during meetings with friends, family, not eating my favourite ice-cream or a fresh baguette. But reviewing the photo from my session before the diet was enough, and I could survive.

S: Did the effect achieved in 10 weeks come to your expectations?

K: Yes, especially taking my previous experiences with a poor effect into account. However, after the spectacular drop in weight after the first two weeks, I was hoping for a similar tendency at the end of it :-)

S: What is your opinion about SetPoint?

K: The best. The team was always ready to help, patient and with a very professional attitude to every problem.
